Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows: domestic orders within primary country stores typically arrive within 3–7 business days; international orders generally take 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. These are estimates and may vary.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the shipping method selected. All charges are clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase. There are no hidden fees.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time. If you do not receive this within 48 hours of your order, please contact our support team.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds

Non-Returnable Items
